Seth really supported Gabe and we all need a friend like him in our lives. So unbelievably happy that Gabe and Harper find their way back to each other. We get more insight into Gabe’s extremely difficult life with his abusive father and how it forms Gabe’s perception of his self and it’s amazing he’s the lead singer of a rock band after all he endured. Especially since it’s all not settled for them. It started with them and should end with them. I don't reveal anything, you will have to listen or read to find out. Can they figure it out in time before they hurt the other one too much and you can't go back? Then Have gets hurt during a performance right before an interview. They truly won't say how they feel or what they want and end up doing a dance of regretful things. His emotions land on anger and that's how he treats her, but of course, it's all about communication. Then, while out on tour, his drunken stupor turns into a mishap with him running into her. After two years of being apart, Harper trying to make something of herself while was Gabe turning into a drunk. They had been together for so long they don't really know who they are without the other one around. They just really needed to figure out who they were without the other one in their life.
However, there comes a time, when a select few couples need to take a break from drama and, in their car, the headlines. Gabe and Harper are the ultimate band couple. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this audiobook, and one I'll highly recommend. Forgotten Broken Halo is a terrific addition to the Forgotten Legacy series. He definitely breathed life into every word of the story and made it even more engaging. I could easily picture the scenes, the feelings, and the reactions on the characters' faces. He is a gifted voice artist, embodying the characters, capturing their diverse personalities and emotions, and portraying them flawlessly. Thomas Locklear's performance was spot-on. Gabe and Harper's connection was deep, passionate, fiery, and charged with mutual desire. The chemistry was absolutely off-the-charts.
Their story was riveting, moving, humorous, searing hot, wrapped in drama, heartbreaking revelations, and growth. Once again, the character development is spot on, and Mercer and Harper Jackson had multilayered, dynamic, and realistic personalities with genuine emotional depth. Broken Halo, the fifth book in the Forgotten Legacy series, is wonderfully written, taking some time after the previous instalment, Exquisite Scars.

Brilliantly written with Outstanding Narrationįorgotten Legacy is one of my favourite Rock Star romance series the characters and the challenges they face are authentic, realistic, easy to relate to, and sympathize with.
